What is privacy policy?
A privacy policy is a legal document that explains how a website, app, or business collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information provided by its users or customers. Refund & PaymentPolicy
A 50% deposit of the total quotation or training cost is required upon receipt of our invoice to secure the booking. Remainder of the balance is payable any day before first training or service day.
Proof of payment for the deposit of 50%, to be forwarded to SPPC, email: finance@sppc-africa.com if EFT mode is chosen. This must occur at the latest, 5 working days, prior to the first training and/or service day.
- Please make name and surname or our invoice number as reference.
- No cash refunds will be made.
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice cost will be levied for bookings cancelled within 7 working days of the start of the training or service as requested and invoiced. Cancellations received within 3 working days before the start of the training, or service to be rendered will be levied at 100%.
- Learners that have booked and do not show up for the training, and have not notified us via info@sppc-africa.com or any of our contact numbers, will be charged the full amount, whether or not they have made the full amount payment.
- Interest charges calculated at 2% above prime rate will be charged, cumulatively, on all overdue payments.
- Should your entity for the training or other required services, and requires certain documents to be completed, for instance vendor documentations, these forms must be forwarded to us well in advance so that the process does not compromise our payment terms listed above.
When this policy applies
This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by Google LLC and its affiliates, including YouTube, Android, and services offered on third-party sites, such as advertising services. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We always indicate the date the last changes were published and we offer access to archived versions for your review. If changes are significant, we’ll provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes).
